FitForce runs private wellness training in Dubai at your home, compound gym, or outdoors. Sessions last 45 to 60 minutes and focus on everyday strength, mobility and energy rather than weight or performance targets. Most clients train two to three times a week and start with a free assessment.
Training when the goal isn't a number
Most fitness programmes are organised around a figure — kilograms lost, weight lifted, minutes shaved off a run. Wellness training is for the people that framing does not fit: you want to stop waking up stiff, stop flagging at four in the afternoon, and stop feeling like your body is something you manage rather than something you use.
The training itself is real training. You will do resistance work, you will do conditioning, and it will be demanding in the right places. What changes is how progress gets judged. Instead of the scale, your trainer looks at whether you are moving better, recovering faster, and getting through your week with more left in the tank.
If you do have a specific number in mind, another programme will serve you better — our weight loss programme if the goal is the scale, or muscle gain if it is size and strength. Plenty of clients start here and move across once they know what they want.
Who is this programme for?
Long hours sitting, tight hips, a lower back that complains by Thursday. The most common reason people book this programme in Dubai.
If the last time you trained properly was a decade ago, this is a gentler entry point than a transformation programme.
Where the priority shifts from how you look to how you move, and where staying mobile matters more than any number.
No progress photos, no weigh-ins, no talk of shredding anything. Just structured training with someone who knows what they are doing.
Training is one of the few interventions that reliably helps both, provided it is dosed sensibly rather than piled on top of an already overloaded week.
What the programme works on
Wellness covers a lot of ground, so sessions are built around three things that matter most for how your day actually feels.
Being able to carry shopping up stairs, lift a child, or move furniture without something twinging afterwards. Resistance work aimed at ordinary life rather than a personal best.
Undoing what sitting does — opening the chest and hips, restoring rotation through the upper back, easing the neck. This is where most clients feel the first difference.
Conditioning dosed so it leaves you with more energy rather than less, and timed to support sleep instead of disrupting it. Progress here is felt long before it is measured.
What happens in a session?
A wellness session runs 45 to 60 minutes and is deliberately less punishing than a transformation session. It opens with mobility work on whatever is tightest that week, moves into resistance work at a load you can control, and finishes with conditioning kept short enough that you are not wrecked for the rest of the day.
Your trainer adjusts based on how you arrive. A session after a bad night's sleep or a heavy work week looks different from one after a quiet weekend, and that flexibility is the point — the programme bends around your life rather than the other way round. Equipment comes with your trainer. If your building has a gym, that gets used instead.
What is included
How do you know it's working without a scale?
This is the fair question about wellness training, and the answer is that plenty gets measured — just not weight. Your trainer tracks range of motion, how much load you handle comfortably, how quickly your heart rate settles between sets, and how consistently you are turning up.
Alongside that, there are the things you notice yourself. Most clients report sleeping better within three or four weeks, and stiffness easing sooner than that. Strength takes longer to become obvious, usually six to eight weeks.
The World Health Organization's guidance on physical activity recommends 150 minutes of moderate activity a week plus two strength sessions for general health — a wellness programme is essentially a structured, supervised way of actually hitting that, which very few people manage alone.
Where you can train in Dubai
Your trainer travels to you — no membership, no commute. Sessions run regularly across Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Business Bay, Jumeirah Lake Towers, DIFC, Jumeirah, Arabian Ranches and Dubai Hills Estate.
Sessions also run in Abu Dhabi on request. Not sure whether we cover your area? Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm.

Despite having asthma, I had a burning desire to run a half marathon. Our primary focus was on weight loss, and in 17 weeks, I lost 14kg, going from 69 kg to 55 kg. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, I not only successfully reached my weight loss target but also achieved my dream of completing the half marathon.

Frequently asked questions
Gentler in places, but not easy. The intensity is dosed so you finish sessions feeling better than when you started, rather than flattened. That is a deliberate choice, not a lower standard.
Some clients do, as a side effect of training regularly and eating more sensibly. If losing weight is your actual goal, the weight loss programme is built for it and will get you there faster.
No. Your trainer brings what the session needs. If you have a building gym or your own equipment, that gets used instead.
Yes, and many do. This is often the easiest programme to start with if you have not trained in years, because nothing is assumed about your current fitness.
Yes. Mention it when you get in touch and we will match you with a female trainer available in your area.
Usually yes, and it is one of the most common reasons clients start. Tell your trainer at the assessment. For a recent injury or anything a doctor is treating, our post-injury programme is the better starting point.
Two to three is typical. Two is enough to make a real difference if you are consistent, which matters more here than volume does.
