FitForce runs private muscle gain training in Dubai at your home, compound gym, or building gym. Sessions last 45 to 60 minutes and combine progressive strength work with a nutrition plan built around a calorie surplus. Most clients train three times a week and start with a free assessment.
What muscle gain training actually involves
Muscle gain training is structured resistance work that adds size and strength over time — not a general fitness routine that happens to involve weights. The principle behind it is progressive overload: your trainer increases load, volume, or difficulty in a planned way, so your muscles keep being asked to adapt rather than settling into a routine they've already mastered.
It's worth being clear about how this differs from our weight loss programme. Weight loss works in a calorie deficit; building muscle generally requires a surplus. The training overlaps considerably, the nutrition does not — which is why we run them as separate programmes rather than one plan trying to do both and doing neither well.
Who is this programme for?
Your trainer starts with movement patterns and light load, teaching each lift properly before weight becomes the focus.
Plateaus are usually a programming problem rather than an effort problem — the fix is structure, not working harder.
Most are eating far less than they think. Nutrition does the heavy lifting here, and your plan reflects that.
Rebuilding muscle you've had before happens faster than building it the first time round.
How the Programme Scales With You
Where you start determines how the programme is built. Your trainer places you honestly during the first assessment rather than defaulting to a standard plan.
Learning the main lifts and building a base. Typical Frequency: 2–3 sessions per week
Progressive overload and added training volume. Typical Frequency: 3–4 sessions per week
Targeting weak points, planned training blocks. Typical Frequency: 4 or more sessions per week
What happens in a session?
A muscle gain session runs 45 to 60 minutes. It opens with a warm-up focused on the joints you're about to load, then moves into two or three main lifts where weight and repetitions are recorded and increased over time. Accessory work follows, targeting whatever the current block is prioritising.
Your trainer logs every set and load, so progression is driven by your actual numbers rather than by feel. Equipment comes with your trainer — adjustable dumbbells, resistance bands, and a bench where needed. If your building has a gym, your trainer will build the session around what's available there instead.
What's included in the programme
How long until you see results?
Strength moves first. Most clients are lifting noticeably more within three to four weeks, well before anything looks different in the mirror. Visible size typically takes eight to twelve weeks of consistent training and consistent eating — and the eating is usually what decides it.
Your starting point matters more than any programme does. Someone who has never trained properly and commits to their nutrition will change faster than a long-term lifter chasing the last few kilograms. National activity guidance from the UAE General Authority of Sports sets a sensible floor for general fitness, but muscle gain sits above that floor and needs a plan built for one person.
Where you can train in Dubai
Your trainer travels to you — no membership required and no commute. Sessions run regularly across Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Business Bay, Jumeirah Lake Towers, DIFC, Jumeirah, Arabian Ranches and Dubai Hills Estate.
Sessions also run in Abu Dhabi on request. Not sure whether we cover your area? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm availability.

Frequently asked questions
No. Your trainer brings everything needed for the session. If you have a building gym or your own weights, your trainer will use those instead.
Yes — many muscle gain clients have never lifted before. Your trainer starts with movement patterns and light load, teaching each lift properly before weight becomes the focus.
Yes. FitForce has experienced female trainers across Dubai. Mention your preference when you get in touch and we'll match you accordingly.
Most clients train three times a week. Beginners often start with two, while advanced lifters may train four or more — your trainer sets the frequency around your level and recovery.
No. You get protein and calorie targets with practical guidance you can actually follow — not a fixed meal plan. Building muscle needs a surplus, but how you get there stays flexible.
In the first months of proper training it can happen, especially for beginners. Longer term, the nutrition pulls in opposite directions — which is why we run muscle gain and weight loss as separate programmes.
Every session is built around progressive overload, with loads and reps recorded and increased over time — not a varied workout that happens to include weights. The nutrition plan targets a surplus, and progress is measured by your actual numbers.
