FitForce runs private weight loss training in Dubai at your home, compound gym, or outdoors. Sessions last 45 to 60 minutes, combining structured training with practical nutrition guidance, and your progress is recorded at every visit. Most clients train two to three times a week and start with a free assessment.
What a weight loss programme actually involves
Weight loss training is built around one principle that no programme can get around: you need to be in a calorie deficit. Everything else — the exercise selection, the session frequency, the food guidance — exists to make that deficit sustainable long enough to matter, and to make sure what you lose is fat rather than muscle.
That last part is where most unsupervised weight loss goes wrong. Cut hard enough and the scale moves, but a meaningful share of what disappears is muscle, which is why people often end up lighter, weaker, and heavier again within a year. A structured programme keeps resistance training in the plan throughout, so the weight you lose stays lost.
This differs from our muscle gain programme, which works in a calorie surplus. The training overlaps considerably; the nutrition runs in the opposite direction. That is why we run them as separate programmes.
Who is this programme for?
The most common client we see. Usually the issue is not willpower, it is that the previous approach was never sustainable past the first few months.
When a session takes two hours door to door, it gets skipped. When the trainer arrives at your door, it does not.
If you have not trained in years, or ever, your programme starts where you actually are, not where a generic plan assumes you are.
High blood pressure, joint pain, or a doctor's recommendation to lose weight — training is adjusted around it, working alongside medical advice rather than ignoring it.
Often better served by our postnatal fitness programme first, which rebuilds core and pelvic floor strength before fat loss becomes the focus.
How the programme progresses
Weight loss is not one continuous push. The programme moves through stages, and what gets measured changes as you go.
Assessment first — fitness level, movement quality, current habits, realistic targets. Then consistency above intensity, with changes to how you eat that you can actually keep. Tracked: starting measurements and the weekly weight trend.
The habit holds by now, so training volume goes up and the structure tightens. This is where most of the visible change happens. Tracked: weight, measurements, and strength improvements.
Holding the result, usually on fewer sessions per week. Keeping weight off is a different job from losing it, and it is the part most programmes skip. Tracked: stability over months rather than weeks.
What happens in a session?
A weight loss session runs 45 to 60 minutes. It opens with a warm-up, then moves into a mix of resistance work and conditioning — the resistance protects your muscle while you are in a deficit, the conditioning raises the energy you burn. The balance shifts as you progress and as your fitness allows.
Your trainer records what you did and how you handled it, so the next session builds on real information. Equipment is brought to you, or your building gym is used if you would rather. Sessions can run outdoors in the cooler months and move indoors through summer without the programme pausing.
What is included in the programme
How much weight can you expect to lose?
A sustainable rate is roughly 0.5 to 1kg per week, and slower than that is normal once you are closer to your target. Clients carrying more weight at the start tend to lose faster in the first month, which is expected rather than a sign the programme is working better.
What our clients have actually done: one lost 31kg over seven months, another 24kg across 22 weeks, another 14kg in 17 weeks while training through asthma — and went on to finish a half marathon. Those are real figures from named clients, not averages, and your own rate will depend on where you are starting from and how consistent you are between sessions.
Be sceptical of anyone promising a fixed number in a fixed time. The World Health Organization's guidance on physical activity sets a sensible weekly floor for general health, and a weight loss programme builds from there — individually, not from a template.

Frequently asked questions
Most clients train two to three times a week. Two is workable if you are consistent with nutrition; more than three rarely speeds things up as much as people expect, because the deficit does most of the work.
No. Your trainer brings what the session needs. If you have a building gym or your own equipment, that gets used instead.
No. Where nutrition guidance is part of your plan, you will get practical targets and changes you can actually live with — not a rigid meal plan or a list of banned foods.
Yes, and most do. Your trainer starts at your current level and explains everything as you go. Nothing is assumed.
Yes. Mention it when you get in touch and we will match you with a female trainer available in your area.
Tell your trainer at the assessment. Programmes are routinely adjusted around joint problems, blood pressure, and post-injury limitations. For anything recent or serious, we work alongside your doctor's advice rather than around it.
Most clients move to a maintenance phase with fewer sessions per week. Keeping the weight off is a different job from losing it, and it is the part most programmes ignore.
