FitForce runs private stretching and flexibility training in Dubai at your home or building gym. Sessions last 45 to 60 minutes and combine assisted stretching with active mobility work. Most clients train once or twice a week, and every new client starts with a free assessment.
Why we don't work from a studio
Search for stretching classes or flexibility classes in Dubai and most results point you toward a stretching studio somewhere across the city. That model works for some people, but it comes with trade-offs: a commute in traffic, a fixed timetable, shared mats, and a routine built for whoever else booked that slot.
Working at your place removes all of it. There is nothing to travel to, nothing to book around, and no group pace to match. For clients in Dubai — where a cross-city drive can eat an hour and outdoor movement is unrealistic for months of the year — that is usually the difference between stretching consistently and giving up after three weeks.
What you get instead is a personal stretch trainer working with one body at a time. Whether you call them a stretching coach, a flexibility trainer or a stretching instructor, the session is shaped around you.
What stretching sessions actually build
Mobility is how well you control that range once you have it. Good sessions build both, because one without the other does not hold up in real life.
You can be flexible enough to reach a position and still lack the control to use it when you are carrying shopping upstairs.
Harvard Health puts it directly: without flexibility work muscles shorten and tighten, and when called on for activity they cannot extend fully — raising the risk of joint pain, strains and muscle damage.
A full day at a desk shortens the hamstrings, and inflexible hamstrings change the tilt of the pelvis — one reason they turn up so often in chronic lower back pain.
Held and assisted stretches lengthen the muscle; active movements through the new range build the control that makes it stick.
Who books stretching sessions?
Three kinds of client account for nearly all our stretching work, and each session is built differently as a result.
Tight hips, rounded shoulders and a lower back that complains by midweek. Sessions target what sitting does specifically, and this group usually feels a difference fastest because there is most to release.
Runners, lifters and weekend players using stretching as structured recovery between training blocks. Focus on the posterior chain, hips and ankles, and on staying available to train rather than nursing niggles.
Where flexibility work stops being optional. Balance, ease of movement, and being able to reach, twist and turn without hesitation. Paced carefully and adapted around sensitive joints.
What happens in a session?
A stretch session runs 45 to 60 minutes. Your coach starts with a few minutes of light, dynamic movement to warm the muscles, because cold muscles do not lengthen well — skipping that step is the most common mistake people make stretching alone. From there the session moves into targeted work: held stretches, assisted stretches where your coach applies gentle pressure, and active movements that build control through the new range. Sessions finish with a short cool-down and two or three simple movements to repeat between visits, nothing that takes more than five minutes at home.
Stretching or yoga? Stretching is the narrower and more clinical of the two — targeted work on specific tight areas, often assisted by hand, with no breath work, no sequence and no philosophy attached. Yoga is a practice rather than a treatment. Plenty of clients do both, and they complement each other rather than competing. Your coach brings a mat, straps and resistance bands — all you need is enough clear floor space to lie down with your arms out.
What is included
How often, and how long until it helps?
Most clients train once or twice a week. That aligns with the American College of Sports Medicine position, which Harvard Health summarises as flexibility work for all the major muscle groups at least two to three times a week — sessions with a coach plus the short routine you do between them add up to roughly that.
You will feel looser immediately after the first session, though that fades. Lasting change in how you move usually takes four to six weeks of consistency. Progress is not linear and depends heavily on how long the stiffness has been building.
Someone stretching for the first time at 45 after two decades at a desk progresses differently to a runner who trains four times a week — and both are normal.

Frequently asked questions
No, and that is deliberate. Every session happens at your home or building gym, so there is no commute and no shared equipment.
Always private. If you were searching for stretching classes, this is the more focused alternative — full attention on your body rather than a group routine.
Yes, and most first-time clients have never done structured stretching. Your coach starts with a simple assessment and builds from there.
Yes. Sessions are adapted for age-related stiffness, joint sensitivity and balance, with intensity adjusted throughout.
They overlap, but our sessions are built around stretching and mobility rather than a full Pilates routine. If you want something closer to stretching pilates, mention it when you book and your coach can blend the two.
No. Just floor space. Your coach brings mats, straps and resistance bands.
